The Green Thumb Coalition (GTC), representing various civil society and environmental organizations, revealed Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago and Rep. Leni Robredo as the candidates vying for the top two posts in the country with highest potential to address environmental issues. Assessing their response to a set of questionnaires about different environmental issues, their track record, and previous pronouncements, Defensor-Santiago and Robredo received ratings of 72% and 75%, respectively.
